Launching the Imagination Pages 81-98
Right as I opened up to page 81 my attention was immediately drawn the picture on the bottom, the first thing I saw was the boy and his fire breath. Then I started looking around the picture recognizing how different this painting really was. With the fish bowl being front and center, it's almost as if the artist wanted to show off the fish more than anything. But the rest of the chapter is a hoot. Once again whenever I read in the book I always think of my own pieces, whether how much rhythm they have, or the isolation, or contrast. It all grabs my attention to think about my pieces in that sense. As for getting into chapter four, it reminds me of drawing class, and to me became an extra reminder to keep in mind of my linear perspective in my pieces as well as the space I am using.
